To support strong technological infrastructure and resources to advance the academic and administrative programs of St. Paul School.

Evaluate Employee Benefits program and provide comprehensive offering of employee benefits.

Update school server teacher email access, firewall protection.

Strategy 2

Review Employee Compensation program to ensure salaries within Diocesan guidelines and are competitive with other Catholic grammar schools.

Increase school network infrastructure to meet demands of various initiatives.

Establish and support biannual ROAR Faculty Recognition Program

Update, inventory existing technology and its ability to integrate w/ new programs.
