ST. PAUL SCHOOL OF PRINCETON PARENT TEACHER ASSOCIATION

The St. Paul School PTA works to support the educational and spiritual mission of St. Paul's. We are a body that provides opportunities for parents to support teachers by enriching our children’s educational experiences. We do this by creating and running the following fundraisers, activities, and programs each year.

MAJOR FUNDRAISERS

TEACHER, CLASSROOM, AND SCHOOL SUPPORT

  • Room Parents Corps: parent volunteers organize class holiday parties, teacher appreciation week posters, teacher birthday cards, and other special events
  • School Programs: brings artists and speakers from outside the school to enrich our children’s and parents' perspectives
  • Book Fair Program: allows children to shop for Scholastic books in the fall, sponsors a Barnes & Noble Book Fair in the spring, allows parents to purchase books on teacher wish lists
  • Teacher's Christmas Gift: consolidates community financial gifts for faculty and staff
  • Teacher Appreciation Luncheon: closes Catholic Schools Week with a heartfelt thank you to our faculty and staff

COMMUNITY BUILDING EVENTS

COMMUNITY MINISTRIES

  • Ambassador Program: welcomes each new St. Paul School family by providing an experienced friend to answer questions through the year; hosts the New Family Fall Picnic
  • Social Concerns Ministry: celebrates new life among community families and coordinates assistance with meals, acknowledges staff birthdays with prayer intentions
  • Thanksgiving Luncheon and Food Drive: prepares and serves a turkey dinner for our children and teachers during lunchtime and collects food for the needy
  • Hospitality Team: provides refreshments at SPS community events and meetings
  • Uniform Exchange: maintains closet of used uniform pieces for sharing through the community, feel free to borrow first and donate later as your children grow

We also conduct minor fundraising efforts through the year by collecting Box Tops for Education and McCaffrey's Receipts.
