Reporting Your Volunteer Service Hours
Every St. Paul’s family is required to complete 15 volunteer service hours each school year. If you serve on any of the Committees listed next, or if you are a Room Parent, Coach, Troop Leader or Chairperson, you automatically fulfill the 15 required hours for the year. But, do not assume that we know you fall into one of these categories. You must still report your hours for our records.

You have three choices as to how to report your completed service hours:

  • You can download a PDF version of the Volunteer Service Hours form, print it, fill it out, and return the completed form to Suzanne Brauer c/o Danny – 5B.
  • You can download a Word 2003 XP version of the Volunteer Service Hours form, use Word to fill it in, and then email the completed form as an attachment to spsvolunteerhours@verizon.net. (Please note that you must have a version of Word capable of opening a Word 2003 XP document for this to work.)
  • Or, you can use the form found at the bottom of the webpage to record and submit your hours online.

Periodic updates will be sent to each family summarizing their volunteer hours. Any family not completing the 15 required hours will be billed $20.00 per unfulfilled hour. This amount will be due by June, 2010.

Also, please keep in mind that each St. Paul’s family is required to contribute $150.00 to at least one of the two PTA major fundraisers: (1) the 10-Week Club (by selling fifteen $10 tickets), or (2) the Shamrock Auction (by buying two tickets.) Any family not participating in either function will be billed $150.00.
